I got the hood latch problem fixed. Still waiting on the sliding door to fully fail so something can be done to fix the rattle. At least the guy at the service desk finally got to hear the noise.
I went in to make an appointment and they said they could do my oil change right now and I said let's do it. This is like the 3rd time and each time they took my car right in, it's been great

Easy to schedule appointment for maintenance and repairs, service completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Got the job done on a tire repair but the guy wouldn't offer any information about what happened to the tire. All he would say was, looked like you ran over something. Not very helpful in that regard. Job was done quickly.
From my few experiences at this dealership, they seem to be a very good one. From what I have seen I would not expect that to change.

Went there to get the first oil change on our new jeep. The appointment was setup quickly and upon arrival the vehicle taken in and the work was done right away. The service people answered my questions and we were on the road again. While I was waiting one of the sales staff remembered me and question us about our satisfaction with purchase. I was impressed they remembered us from six months prior. Happy to do busy at this dealership.

I was looking for a manual transmission Jeep Wrangler & they had one in stock. It wasn’t perfect, but nice & pretty clean. I had a hard cap price & they were able to work with me to help stay within my budget. Dacota was great, very personable & helpful! I will definitely keep them in mind when I’m in need of another vehicle.
