Nice Communication, only problem is I'm still getting engine light, speedo even after hub switched out still not working correctly, something still draining battery. So. Basically everything I took it in for, and paid 1400, still isn't fixed , but great communication.

Had a standard oil change/service for a 5,000.0 mile interval. I've had my vehicle for about 1.5 years. All service is completed at Shepherd's. All the service so far has been positive. Good communication with service technicians and office support staff. Communication with sales reps is also positive.

Shepard’s is an excellent service center as well as Ram dealer. I never have issues scheduling an apt and they always keep me informed on maintenance needed on my Ram 2500 I really liked service communicating with me via text messaging scheduling my latest service.

As usual excellent service! I received a factory recall letter that advised my 2022 Jeep Wrangler’s Electric Hydraulic power steering pump needed to be inspected and possibly replaced. The inspection took 20 minutes and there was no problem with the pump. Five Star service every time! George Ebert
